Return & Refund Policy – Mart Smart E-Commerce

At Mart Smart, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund as per the policy mentioned below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
• Product should not be altered, broken, or used.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
• Chemicals & chemical accessories
• Groceries, food items & beverages
• Personal care items
• Books (unless damaged on delivery)
• Customized or personalized orders
• Services and digital products

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you want to return.

  2. Select the reason for return and make video during opening box and upload required images and video of product.

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  4. If approved, we will schedule a pickup or request self-shipment.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, refund or replacement will be processed.

REFUND POLICY:
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment mode or store wallet, depending on the case.
• Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
• Partial refund may apply if product shows signs of slight usage or missing accessories.

REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE:
• Replacement is allowed if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the order.
• Replacement will be provided only if stock is available.
• If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
• Orders can be cancelled before packaging or shipment.
• If already shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you can request a return after delivery.

COURIER & CARGO SHIPMENT POLICY:
• Damaged or missing shipment complaints must be reported within 48 hours.
• Proof images, packaging details, and tracking ID must be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Mart Smart reserves the right to approve or reject any return after inspection.
• Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or during self-shipping are not eligible.
• All terms follow standard Indian e-commerce regulations.
